As a non government organization with no political affiliations or corporate funding, OfERR depends largely on the patronage of individuals like you who believe in our mission: peace, dignity and hope for Sri Lankan refugees who have made Tamil Nadu their home until they can be safely repatriated to their country, and also the upliftment of India’s most disadvantaged citizens by providing them with basic needs such as disaster relief, safe shelter, healthcare and education.

The team that executes these programs is comprised of Sri Lankan refugees, many of whom came to India with nothing thirty years ago and who now champion the rights of not just other refugees but also underprivileged Indians, by working tirelessly to provide them medical care, livelihood training and a good education, thereby changing their lives forever.
